Dr. Nick Wardle

​Dr. Wardle is a Newville native. He received both his undergraduate degree in Health Science and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College, graduating in 2012. While at LVC he ran Cross Country for four years and served as a volunteer assistant coach while completing his Doctoral Degree. Dr. Wardle has a special interest in the foot and ankle and is an experienced distance runner. He currently resides with his wife and daughter in Newville.

Dr. Morgan Onink
PT, DPT

Dr. Onink earned both her Bachelor of Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. Morgan is originally from Elk County Pennsylvania and enjoys spending time with loved ones, being in nature (especially picking berries), and remaining physically active. She has enjoyed participating in a variety of sports, but soccer remains her favorite. She is passionate about lifelong learning and is committed to assisting patients regain their prior level of function and even surpass it.

Kendal Thomas
PT, DPT

Dr. Thomas is from the Mechanicsburg/Carlisle region. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University in 2007 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 2010. Kendal initially worked at John’s Hopkins Hospital for 2 years and then moved back to the area and began working at Big Spring PT in the Spring of 2012. She enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses, both orthopedic and neurological, and has received further training in Kinesiotaping and the Graston technique. Kendal lives with her husband and 3 kitties in Carlisle. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Nittany Lions and Steelers, horseback riding, shopping, and cooking/baking.

​Elise Sykola

​Elise is originally from western PA and currently lives in the Carlisle area. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2013 with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She later attended Central Penn College to earn a Physical Therapist Assistant degree, and has been practicing since 2016. She spends most of her spare time with her family and her dog, and enjoys outdoor activities and playing volleyball.

Michelle Keyes
Office Administrator

Michelle has been employed with BSPT since 2011. She is the office administrator, and is responsible for verifying patient’s out-patient physical therapy benefits.
