Our Payment Policy
Providing you have insurance benefits for outpatient physical therapy, you will not be required to pay at the time of service. We will file claims directly with your insurance carrier. Once your claim has been processed you will be billed for your co-insurance or deductible and/or any other amounts unpaid by your insurance carrier. If your insurance requires a co-pay, convenient options and payment plans are available. We accept, cash, personal checks, Visa or MasterCard.
